Responsibility

Moving together to make a difference

ATRIUM is committed to three key pillars of corporate responsibility: diversity and inclusion, social impact, and environmental sustainability. We work to reduce carbon footprints, support fair trade, engage in charitable initiatives, and implement environmentally beneficial policies. Through these efforts, we strive to drive meaningful and lasting improvements.

1

Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusion is at the heart of our values at ATRIUM. It’s about ensuring everyone is represented, regardless of their cultural background or differences. As a result, we give everyone access to the same opportunities to be their best and feel supported. ATRIUM recognizes and believes in the importance of diversity, and it makes good business sense too. With inclusion comes diversity, which means we can provide creative ideas and innovative solutions to achieve outcomes together.

2

Making a Positive Social Impact

We are committed to making a difference through giving back. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives are designed to foster a fairer, more sustainable future. For instance, we have recently partnered with Treedom to plant trees upon the completion of our projects, furthering our impact on the environment.

3

ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY

At ATRIUM, we prioritize environmental sustainability through innovative solutions that protect our planet. Our commitment is demonstrated by our rigorous efforts to attain ISO 14000 certification. This family of standards focuses on minimizing the environmental impact of our operations and ensuring compliance with relevant environmental laws and regulations.

Additionally, we are well-equipped to meet the requirements for LEED certification, a globally recognized green building rating system. LEED evaluates projects across five key areas: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, indoor environmental quality, and materials and resources, using a points-based system to drive sustainable building practices.
